Project Leadership Assessment

Use the Project Leadership Assessment (PLA) as an innovative learning instrument for evaluating participants' leadership behaviors across five vital skill areas. This learning tool is perfect for anyone who has project management responsibilities, regardless of their title or reporting relationship to the project team.
How It Works
Using a current company project as a mental reference, participants respond candidly to a 25-item assessment. The Observer Form then provides participants with an honest perspective on their project leadership skills. This combination creates the most accurate picture of a project leader's effectiveness. An activity and action planning sequence then allows project leaders to identify actions for building their strengths and improving less-developed skills.

The Paper Assessment is ideal for facilitators who prefer to oversee scoring and administration of the assessment. It provides pressure-sensitive forms for manual scoring.
Observer Form 5-Pack: We Recommend at Least Three Observer Forms Per Participant.
The Observer Form is designed to check the accuracy of a coach’s perception by allowing them to see how their peers perceive their style.
