How the Qrew is responding to COVID-19

We are in a period of sweeping change and disruption for our industry and the world. HRDQ is committed to managing this situation with care for our Qrew, customers and communities.

Following the announcement of business closings across the world, we have made adjustments to a few of our policies. HRDQ has been a virtual work organization since 2015, so our employees are distanced and working from home. As providers of physical products for classroom training, we do have a warehouse from which we fulfill your orders and a different approach to work is required for the safety of our team.

Effective March 24, we reopened our warehouse after a brief closure upon the Pennsylvania Governor’s decision that we were a business allowed to continue operations.

Our offices remain open from 9-5p ET Monday through Friday for phone, email and chat messages on our website.

We recommend you consider online and virtual projects from HRDQ including including the Repoducible Training Library, HRDQ Online Assessments, HRDQ Consulting Virtual Instructor-Led Classes.

If you need classroom training tools, we are working on a limited shipping schedule. Our warehouse is open on a limited schedule for the safety of our team. We’re happy to make accommodations for shipping method to meet your delivery dates, just contact us.

This situation shall pass but, in the meantime, we recognize you’re likely scrambling to provide training to a now dispersed workforce. We have many solutions for virtual learning, and we will jump through hoops to keep your teams learning.
