We ship most orders with FedEx or USPS and usually, but not always, the same business day. If shipment of your order will be delayed by more than a few days, we'll contact you. FedEx Ground or Home Delivery, also known as residential delivery, may take 2-5 business days to arrive. FedEx SmartPost is delivered by USPS and is more economical than residential however delivery may take up to 10 business days. For expedited or rush shipments, FedEx Express services are available at checkout and those orders received before 4:00 PM Eastern Time usually ship the same day, if product is available.
Estimated delivery times are based upon business days and do not include weekends or holiday schedules. Items ordered together are not always shipped together. If you have special shipping needs, we recommend you place your order with our Customer Support Team by phone at 800-633-4533. All shipments are F.O.B. West Chester, Pennsylvania, USA.
Quantity discounts are available for many titles. If a discount is available for a product a window will open displaying quantity discounts when the item is selected on the page. Quantity discounts are applied to the number of units for that title and cannot be combined with other titles to achieve quantity discounts. Your discount will be calculated automatically as items are added to your cart.
Place Your Order
You may place your order on our website 24/7 and we will process it during our business day. You may also order by calling our Customer Support Team at 800-633-4533 Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm ET. We post holiday closings on our website home page when they occur. We recommend you do not leave ordering or payment information on voice mail.
Orders from outside the United States will be shipped FedEx International. Pricing is based on U.S. funds and prepayment is required prior to shipping. Sorry, promotions for free or discounted shipping are not applicable to international orders. Shipping and handling fees will be added to your order at checkout. Customs, duties, additional taxes & tariffs are your responsibility and are typically collected prior to delivery from your assigned broker. You may also place an order with an HRDQ Distributor in your region to potentially save on delivery time and costs.
We accept credit cards from American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover. Your credit card will be charged at checkout. For orders within the United States, if your order is over $1,000 you may elect to be invoiced. To do so, contact our Customer Support Team at 800-633-4533. Please note the following applies to requests for invoicing:
- Orders must be over $1,000.
- Purchase order or confirmation on company letterhead must be sent prior to us approving terms and releasing your order for shipment.
- Payment is due 30 days from invoice date.
- Overdue invoices will be assessed an interest fee of 1.5% per month.
- You may elect to pay your invoice with a credit card however you remain liable for any interest fees plus a credit card processing fee of 3%.
HRDQ's taxpayer ID is 23-2039609. For orders shipping to addresses in Pennsylvania, Florida, and Ohio the appropriate state and local sales tax will be applied to your order at checkout. If you are exempt from state sales tax, please send us your tax exemption certificate so we may set up your account before you place your first order.
While most items in our store are always in stock, shipping is subject to availability. If your item is backordered, you will be notified upon receipt of your order with an expected arrival time to our warehouse.
