Fast Delivery

We ship most orders with FedEx or USPS and usually, but not always, the same business day. If shipment of your order will be delayed by more than a few days, we'll contact you. FedEx Ground or Home Delivery, also known as residential delivery, may take 2-5 business days to arrive. For expedited or rush shipments, FedEx Express services are available at checkout and those orders received before 4:00 PM Eastern Time usually ship the same day, if product is available.

Estimated delivery times are based upon business days and do not include weekends or holiday schedules. Items ordered together are not always shipped together. If you have special shipping needs, we recommend you place your order with our Customer Support Team by phone at 800-633-4533. All shipments are F.O.B. West Chester, Pennsylvania, USA.

You may place your order on our website 24/7 and we will process it during our business day. You may also order by calling our Customer Support Team at 800-633-4533 Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm ET. We post holiday closings on our website home page when they occur. We recommend you do not leave ordering or payment information on voice mail.

International Orders

Orders from outside the United States will be shipped FedEx International. Pricing is based on U.S. funds and prepayment is required prior to shipping. Sorry, promotions for free or discounted shipping are not applicable to international orders. Shipping and handling fees will be added to your order at checkout. Customs, duties, additional taxes & tariffs are your responsibility and are typically collected prior to delivery from your assigned broker. You may also place an order with an HRDQ Distributor in your region to potentially save on delivery time and costs.

Payment Terms

We accept credit cards from American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover. Your credit card will be charged at checkout. For orders within the United States, you may request to be invoiced. To do so, contact our Customer Support Team at 800-633-4533. Please note the following applies to requests for invoicing:

  • Orders must be over $2,500.
  • Purchase order must be sent prior to us approving terms and releasing your order for shipment.
  • Payment is due 30 days from invoice date.
  • Overdue invoices will be assessed an interest fee of 1.5% per month.

HRDQ's taxpayer ID is 23-2039609. For orders shipping to addresses in Pennsylvania, Florida, and Ohio the appropriate state and local sales tax will be applied to your order at checkout. If you are exempt from state sales tax, please send us your tax exemption certificate so we may set up your account before you place your first order.


While most items in our store are always in stock, shipping is subject to availability. If your item is backordered, you will be notified upon receipt of your order with an expected arrival time to our warehouse.

Return Policies

All products must arrive at our warehouse in unused, resalable condition. Please carefully pack your items for shipment. We recommend you ship your return by traceable means and insured for the value of your order. You’re responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Some products, such as software, digital downloads, DVDs, customized products, sale items, and other product, may not be returnable.

Your refund will be processed upon receipt and inspection of returned merchandise. If there are any issues with your return, we’ll contact you.

We typically do not accept returns beyond 30 days. If we do so, we may deduct a 15% restocking charge from your refund.

HRDQ Assessment Center Privacy Policy

Your privacy is of important to HRDQ, and we go to great lengths to ensure your personal information is secure at all times. The information you or your employees provide to us for the sole purpose of participating in an online assessment, survey, questionnaire or inventory is encoded for security purposes, and is not made available to any third party for any means. We do collect usage statistics to improve the content of our sites and make use of session-only cookies on the HRDQ Assessment Center to manage the assessment process. These cookies are deleted after each online assessment session is over or participants log off the system. We do not sell, rent, or supply internet usage statistics that identify individual clients to any third party.

If you are a designated administrator or project contact of an online assessment account, you may be contacted by HRDQ staff or third-party support technicians regarding your online account, to inform you of service enhancements and product updates.

If you supply us with your telephone number or fax number, you may be contacted by HRDQ staff regarding orders you have placed online, in connection with your online user account, or to inform you of service enhancements or product updates.

HRDQ takes a number of steps to protect against unauthorized access to, and disclosure of, individually identifiable information. These steps can include firewalls, secure socket layers, password verification, etc. You can determine when you are in a secure environment by locating the key or lock symbol at the bottom of the browser page. When the key or lock is complete, the information you provide is encrypted, restricting access by anyone else. Reproducible Content End User License Agreement (EULA)

The following terms and conditions are a legal agreement between HRDQ and the purchaser of this content, their organization, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and legal partners ("End User") regarding the HRDQ Reproducible Training Library individual titles, bundles, and libraries (individually and collectively "RTL").

This agreement covers the following reproducible content:

  • Reproducible Training Library Ultimate
  • Reproducible Training Library Complete
  • Reproducible Training Library single titles

End User may use the RTL only in accordance with the terms of this agreement.

  1. License Grant. HRDQ hereby grants End User a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to download, reproduce, customize, and otherwise make use of the RTL within the terms of this agreement.
  2. Company Size License. The license provided under this agreement is based upon the total number of all of the End User’s organization's direct employees, students, or agents. End User agrees to purchase the correct license for their organization size and, if the incorrect license is purchased, End User shall immediately remit to HRDQ any amounts due for the correct license. Any request for refund by the End User for purchase of the incorrect license shall be limited to thirty (30) days from date of acceptance of this agreement.
  3. Proprietary Rights. The RTL are the sole and exclusive property of HRDQ and/or its authors including all right, title, and interest in and to the RTL. Except for the limited rights given to End User herein, all rights are reserved by HRDQ.
  4. Term. This Agreement is effective upon purchase of the RTL and remains in effect for one (1) year from date of purchase unless renewed.
  5. Authorized Use. For the term of this license, End User may:
  • Use the RTL content for the sole purpose of training and/or education for End User’s organization's direct employees, students, or agents.
  • Amend, edit, or otherwise change the RTL, including translating all original text, provided that all original copyright notices, and trade and service marks, remain intact and appear on all amended versions and reproductions thereof.
  • Distribute the RTL by any means including delivery in a physical or virtual classroom setting, in electronic or physical format, for online or distance learning, via electronic mail, corporate internet or learning management system, or on a storage device.
  • Store the RTL on a computer or similar mass storage device.
  1. Unauthorized Use. End User may not:
    • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble the RTL, or create derivative works based on the RTL.
    • Include the RTL, in whole or in part, in any product or service offered to an individual or organization who is not a direct employee, student or agent of End User organization.
    • Sell, lease or loan the RTL.
    • Distribute or otherwise make available the RTL to any individual or organization other than End User organization's direct employees, students, or agents by any means including, but not limited to, electronic mail, the World Wide Web, Internet, Private or Public Discussion Forums, or Bit Torrent service.
    • Sublicense or reassign this license.
  1. Termination. Upon expiry of this agreement End User agrees:
  • to discontinue all use of the RTL content, in its original form or as edited by End User, in part or in whole,
  • to destroy all original and amended versions of the RTL, in any and every format, and certify as such, in writing, to HRDQ upon request, and,
  • that all provisions of this license with regard to the protection of the proprietary rights of HRDQ shall continue in force after termination.
  1. Warranty. The RTL are provided "as is." HRDQ warrants that the RTL do not violate any copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or patents of any third parties. HRDQ disclaims all other warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy or reliability of the RTL, and assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions. To the extent permissible by law, HRDQ accepts no liability for any injuries or damages caused by acting upon or using the content contained in the RTL. If any part of a Program is defective in workmanship or materials, HRDQ's sole and exclusive liability, and sole and exclusive remedy for End User, shall be replacement of the defective material. HRDQ's warranty shall survive the termination of this agreement. Some states do not allow exclusions or limitations of implied warranties or liability in certain cases, so the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to End User.
  2. Early Termination. Failure to perform in the manner required in this Agreement shall cause this license to automatically terminate and HRDQ may exercise any rights it may have.
  3. Permissions. Any other use of the RTL not defined in this agreement is subject to the written approval of HRDQ.

End User purchase of the RTL is acceptance of this agreement and acknowledgment that End User has read and understands this agreement and agrees to be bound by its terms. End User further agrees that this agreement is the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between end user and HRDQ, and supersedes any proposal or prior agreement, oral or written, and any other communications relating to the subject matter of this agreement.
