How to Get Started

Upon purchase of your subscription, we will send your access credentials to you via email. Schedule your Online Learning Onboarding for a time that is convenient for you. If desired, invite colleagues who will also have administrator access. During onboarding, we'll provide an overview of the platforms, explain essential features, guide you in selecting online soft-skills training assessments and courses, and assist with the setup of your first event.

Cancellation of Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at the end of any term. If you choose to cancel,

Any remaining course credits will remain in the portal should you choose to renew. Unused credits expire after one year from the date of purchase.
Upon cancellation, you will no longer have access to your participant data. Data will be retained for one year.
If you renew your subscription, currently active credits will be renewed for another year.
We recommend you contact us before your subscription expires so that we may provide support options for closing your account.
