HRDQ Consulting brings a comprehensive training curriculum to you.
Wherever your learners are — in the office, at home or on the road — your objective is to provide effective experiential soft-skill training. Most online learning is just as boring as a live lecture. Instead of a dull presentation, our instructor-led training classes are engaging and delivered virtually or onsite, wherever your students are located.
By keeping the class size small, using webcams for each student and the facilitator when online, and interactive experiential activities, your learners will receive great training. Class size is recommended 20 or fewer learners to maintain a high level of interaction.
Virtual ILT classes are delivered online so no travel is required, but your learners will need basic technology including a computer, webcam, and browser. Use of a webcam is strongly encouraged, but not mandatory.
Onsite ILT classes are delivered in a live environment, at a location of your choice. Travel time is billed separately.
