Frequently Asked Questions

Can I return a purchased product?

If you are not satisfied, please contact us. You may return most products for a full refund within 30 days of receipt.

There are exceptions to our return policy. Digital downloads, custom orders, bundled items, sale or discounted items, and software are NOT returnable for any reason. Be confident in your purchase before placing your order.

Is shipping included in the return?

Shipping and handling are not included in your returns.

Contact our Customer Service Team to begin the return procedure if you want to guarantee a simple return and a speedy refund.

How long do I have to wait for the goods after ordering and paying?

FedEx is the method of shipping we use for most orders. Most orders are shipped out within 1 business day. FedEx Express services are available at the time of purchase for rushed or expedited shipments.

Estimated delivery times are based upon business days and do not include weekends or holiday schedules. If you need FedEx Ground or Home Delivery, also known as residential delivery, delivery may take 2-5 business days to arrive.

Can I order goods outside of the USA?

Yes. Orders from outside the United States will be shipped through FedEx International.

Upon checkout, shipping and handling charges will be applied to your order. Customs, duties, extra taxes, and tariffs are your responsibility and are usually paid to your designated broker before delivery. You can also place an order with an HRDQ distributor in your area to perhaps cut down on the price and duration of delivery.

I can't pay for my order with a credit card. Are there other payment options?

On request, alternative pre-pay payment options are available, however, they can cause a delay in order processing. Digital content will be accessible for download immediately after we receive your payments; online assessment credits will be accessible in the HRDQ Assessment Center after one business day; and tangible items will be dispatched from our warehouse after one to two business days.

  • Pre-pay by ACH. Contact us for our ACH payment information. Shipment of your order will be on hold until payment is received at our bank.
  • Pre-pay by Check. Mail your check to HRDQ, c/o Customer Support, 827 Lincoln Ave. #B-10, West Chester, PA 19380.
Can I reuse or reproduce content from your products?

If you would like to request permission to reproduce or reuse content from one of our products, please complete our Permission Request Form and email it to editorial@hrdq.com. Use the following subject line for your email: Permission Request: Full Name.
