Our Guarantee

We want you to enjoy using our products and your learners to discover real impact in their skills. If you're not happy, we're not happy. You may return most products for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. There are exceptions to this return policy. To learn more, see the Returns section below.

Fast Delivery

We ship most orders with FedEx. Orders usually ship within 2-3 business days. If you choose FedEx Ground or Home Delivery, also known as residential delivery, delivery may take 2-5 business days to arrive. For expedited or rush shipments, FedEx Express services are available at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are based upon business days and do not include weekends or holiday schedules. Items ordered together are not always shipped together. If you have special shipping needs, we recommend you place your order with our Customer Support Team by phone at 800-633-4533. All shipments are F.O.B. West Chester, Pennsylvania, USA.

Placing an Order

You may place your order on our website 24/7 and we will begin processing it during our business hours. You may also order by calling our Customer Support Team at 800-633-4533 Monday to Friday from 9a-5p ET. We post holiday closings on our website home page when they occur. We ask that you do not leave ordering or payment information on message systems.

Placing an International Order

Orders from outside the United States will be shipped FedEx International. Product prices are based on U.S. dollars. Sorry, promotions for free or discounted shipping are not applicable to international orders. Shipping and handling fees will be added to your order at checkout. Customs, duties, additional taxes & tariffs are your responsibility and are typically collected prior to delivery from your assigned broker. You may also place an order with an HRDQ Distributor in your region to potentially save on delivery time and costs.

Payment by Credit Card

HRDQstore only takes payment by credit card. Your card will be charged at time of checkout. Digital downloads, such as the RTL, will be available for download after your order is approved by our Customer Support Team during normal business hours, so there could be a short delay in delivery. Online assessment credits purchased at HRDQstore.com must be manually added to your Assessment Center account by Customer Support, and therefore will be available within one business day. We recommend you purchase online assessment credits from your Assessment Center admin account for immediate delivery. Physical products will be shipped from our warehouse within one to two business days.

Payment Terms

HRDQ is not able to provide invoicing with payment terms. All orders must be prepaid before shipment.

HRDQstore accepts all major credits cards.

Alternate Payment Methods

Alternate pre-pay payment methods are available upon request but may delay processing of your order. Following receipt of your prepayment, digital content will be available for download immediately, online assessment credits will be available in the HRDQ Assessment Center within one business day, and physical products will be shipped from our warehouse within one to two business days.

  • Payment by eCheck. The fastest alternate payment method. Call us with the routing number, account number, and name on your bank account. Your payment will be immediately processed. 
  • Prepay by ACH. Contact us for our ACH payment information. Shipment of your order will be on hold until payment is received at our bank. 
  • Prepay by Check. Mail your check to HRDQ, c/o Customer Support, 827 Lincoln Ave. #B-10, West Chester, PA 19380.

For orders shipping to addresses in Pennsylvania and Florida, the appropriate state and local sales tax will be applied to your order at checkout. If you are exempt from state sales tax in those states, before your first order, send us your tax exemption certificate so we may set up your account properly. If you accidentally pay tax, we'll refund that amount as store credit to your HRDQstore account for a future purchase.

While most items in our store are always in stock, shipping is subject to availability. If your ordered item is backordered, you will be notified with an expected shipping date from our warehouse.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may return most products for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. There are exceptions to our return policy.

  • Digital downloads, such as the RTL, are not refundable for any reason. Be confident in your purchase before placing your order. We're here to help you with your buying decision.
  • Other non-returnable products include DVDs, custom orders, bundled items, sale or discounted items, and software.

Refunds do not include shipping and handling. To ensure an easy return and a quick refund, contact our Customer Support Team to start the return process.

    Items approved for return must arrive at our warehouse in unused, resalable condition. Ship your return by traceable means and insured for the value of your order. We are not liable for lost or damaged returns.

    Your refund will be processed upon receipt and inspection of returned merchandise. If there are any issues with your return, we’ll contact you. Reimbursement for returns will be your choice of the original payment method or store credit within 30 days of approval.
