What authoring tool is used to create the courses?
HRDQ Online courses are authored in Articulate Storyline 360.
What version of SCORM is used?
HRDQ Online courses are published in SCORM 1.2 format. This was the first widely adopted version of SCORM. It is still the most common version in use and is supported by most LMS platforms.
Can I customize the course content?
No, customization is neither possible nor permitted. HRDQ Online courses are provided as a zipped, published package of files that conform to SCORM 1.2 standards. Extracting or moving the files in any way may cause errors during upload or affect functionality.
Do the courses bookmark progress?
Yes, when a user exits the course before completing it, they will be prompted to resume from the last viewed slide when they reopen the course.
What are the minimum system requirements for optimal functionality?
- 2 GHz or faster processor
- 4 GB of RAM or higher
- Windows 10 or higher / MAC OS Xv10.14 Mojave or higher
- Browser: Edge, Firefox, Chrome, Safari (Javascript must be enabled in your browser)
- Sound: Audio output with speakers or headphones
- Mouse or touch pad/touchscreen
- Internet access
- Adobe Acrobat Reader (or other PDF viewer)
What guidelines were followed when publishing the courses?
- Courses and post-tests are closed and restricted. This means that the learner is required to take the course in linear fashion and to complete all slides in order to take the post-test.
- The minimum passing score for the post-test is 60%.
- Status is reported back to the LMS as Completed or Incomplete.
What are the terms under which my organization may license this content?
Use of all HRDQ Online courses is subject to the HRDQ Online Course End User License Agreement.
