Email Addresses: The email address you provide may be used to send you information and updates such as new blog posts, company news, updates, related product or service information.

Name, Company Name or Physical Address: Names, company names and physical addresses are used in shipping your purchases to you, or to provide printed material or correspondence to you via postal mail.

How we process payments

HRDQ uses secure third parties to process payments. HRDQ is PCI compliant, meaning we adhere to The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard to ensure that your personal payment information remains secure. Transactional data is not stored on HRDQ servers; secure data storage is managed by our platform providers, Shopify and Stripe.

How we protect your information

Only employees or trusted third parties who assist us in conducting our business, who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information.

HRDQ uses a cloud service provider to maintain information. Our administrators and staff are required to access our commercial business platforms via two-factor identification authorization utilized by our service providers.

HRDQstore and HRDQ-U both support TLS 1.2, which is an encryption protocol designed to keep your information secure when being transferred over a network.
