Communication Style HRDQueCards are designed to coach and reinforce Style Model learning when communicating with others. Each double-sided, full-color card provides participants with a handy reminder of the 4 Style variants and "flexing" descriptors of each Style outlining methods to interact with similar and conflicting personality style traits.

When partnered with What's My Communication Style, the Communication Style HRDQueCards help establish rapport in the training room and eventually help employees "enlighten" each other about individual communication style traits.
