Facilitator Guide
Order one guide per trainer. The Facilitator Guide is organized into two parts. Part 1: Understanding Conflict Strategies Inventory provides all the information you need to familiarize yourself with the product and get started, including a thorough assessment overview. Part 2: Facilitating Conflict Strategies Inventory contains detailed instructions for administering the assessment and leading the workshop as a facilitator. This Facilitator Guide also features an HRDQue Card, Conflict Strategies Inventory Poster, and replicas of the Assessment and Workbook.
Additional digital Facilitator Support Materials are delivered via email upon order completion. This includes a Certificate of Achievement, Learning Overview, Role Cards, Skit Cards, Theory Background, Workshop PowerPoint Slide Deck, Program Evaluation, and a sample copy of the Online Assessment Report.

QuickStart Train-the-Trainer (QST)
QST is a convenient, one-hour virtual coaching session for first-time facilitators of this product. You'll receive personalized, one-on-one coaching with a subject matter expert who will get you up to speed quickly and accurately so you can confidently step into the onsite. We'll answer all your questions about the facilitation of the product. You can add additional coaching hours as needed. Your coaching session can be provided by telephone or video call at a time of your choosing.
Facilitators will also receive an HRDQ Certificate of Completion for completing the QuickStart session.

Author Info
Eileen M. Russo, Ph.D., is a former vice president of research and development for HRDQ. She has a Ph.D. in social psychology with a minor in organizational behavior, an MS in Social Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh, and a BA in Psychology from Fairfield University. Her work includes research in social influence, group behavior, decision making, and perceptions of control at work. Dr. Russo is the author of many HRDQ products, including the bestselling What's My Communication Style
Matthew Eckler is a former research associate for HRDQ. He specializes in assessment development and redesign. He received his BS in Communications media with an emphasis in Organizational Communication from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Eckler's areas of expertise are process improvement, survey instrumentation, and educational needs assessment.
Derek T.Y. Mann, Ph.D., is a performance enhancement consultant and co-founder of the Performance Psychology Group, LLC. (PPG), an organization responsible for providing coaching services to athletes and corporate executives across North America. He has been published in The Journal of Sport and Exercise Psychology, The Sport Psychologist, and the Journal of Human Movement Studies, and he has served as a contributing editor to several leading academic and professional journals.
