Cross-Cultural Adaptability Inventory
Cross-Cultural Adaptability Inventory
The Cross-Cultural Adaptability Inventory (CCAI) is a trusted assessment tool for multinational organizations, global mobility teams, and DEI leaders. Designed to improve communication and collaboration across cultures, the CCAI helps individuals build the core competencies for success in diverse environments. It measures four key dimensions: emotional resilience, flexibility/openness, perceptual acuity, and personal autonomy, providing valuable insights that drive more effective cross-cultural interactions.
Overview
Overview
Understanding your own cultural identity is the critical first step to working effectively across cultures. The Cross-Cultural Adaptability Inventory empowers individuals to uncover blind spots and recognize personal areas where cultural understanding may be limited.
Through this assessment, participants gain deep insights into their strengths and development areas across four essential skill sets: emotional resilience, flexibility/openness, perceptual acuity, and personal autonomy. These are the building blocks of effective cross-cultural communication.
Whether you're preparing for an international assignment or leading a diverse team, the CCAI provides a clear roadmap for personal growth in global settings.
