The Reproducible Training Library Complete Collection is a comprehensive collection of 90+ programs on leadership, team building, communication, conflict, and many other topics. The library contains 300+ hours of soft-skills training. Each program includes facilitator and participant materials for virtual and classroom instructor-led training and self-study online learning. The library is a complete, research-based content library that is also fully customizable, so you can add your company-specific content, use your logo or team name, shorten or lengthen the content, and arrange titles into a curriculum – the possibilities for making it your own are endless.

How to Purchase the RTL

When making your purchase, choose the correct subscription. Your subscription is determined by your organization's total number of persons employed, not the number of persons you intend to train. Our pricing model makes the purchase price fair for different sizes of organizations. Note: the RTL is not available for sale to training companies or consultants.

• Business License – Less than 5,000 employees
• Corporate License – Between 5,000-10,000 employees
• Enterprise License – More than 10,000 employees

Upon receipt of payment and approval of your license, you will receive an email notification with instructions on how to access your files. All files are provided in unlocked Microsoft Office format. Once accessed, you'll be able to download the zipped course package for each title, which includes some or all of the files below:

Annual Renewal Required for Continued Use

Your subscription license permits unlimited use for one year per the terms of the EULA. Subscriptions automatically renew on the anniversary of your purchase. The cost of each renewal year is 10% of your first year retail price. If you choose not to renew your subscription, all licensed content, including customized versions, must be deleted and all use discontinued.

You'll Receive New and Revised Titles – Free

The RTL is constantly growing and improving. During the term of your license, and at no additional cost, you will receive new titles and any updates to current titles as they are released. Near the end of each license term, we'll email you a reminder to advise you of your Annual License automatic renewal date and billing. If you choose not to renew your license, you agree to discontinue the use of the RTL.

End User License Agreement (EULA)

By purchasing the RTL, you agree to the terms of the End User License Agreement (EULA). Be sure to review the terms of this agreement before making your purchase. The RTL is sold as an annual subscription for use by an organization for the training of its employees. The library may not be distributed, sold, shared, rented, or loaned.

Training Companies Are Not Eligible

The RTL may not be purchased by consultants or training providers intending to use the content to train other organizations. Instead, they may direct their clients to subscribe through their unique HRDQ Affiliate Network link and receive a commission on the purchase. They may also then assist their client in the customization and delivery of the content.
