How Do HRDQ Assessments Work?

Most assessments work by having participants answer questions to get a score. Then, by combining individual scores with the team's scores, participants get a portrait of their style or performance. Interpretative information will provide insight into the ranges and scores. With analysis, discussion, and action planning questions, participants can then reflect on and discuss their results and how they can improve.
