By keeping the class size small, at 20 or fewer participants, each individual receives personalized training reinforced by interactive experiential activities so the learning sticks.
Virtual instructor-led training (ILT) classes are delivered online, so no travel is required, making it a convenient option for organizations. Your learners will need basic technology, including a computer, webcam, and a good internet connection. The use of a webcam is strongly encouraged but not mandatory.
We can also come to you! Enhance relationships face-to-face with our onsite ILT classes, delivered at a location of your choice. Onsite ILT training can be particularly beneficial for teams looking to engage in collaborative learning activities in a familiar setting. (Travel time for our consultants is billed separately.)
